so on friday i worked out twice. it was not planned that way, went to the noon class Crossfit 949... was at the house chilling and then got a call from the cousin lets go to the gym... it was me, him and his friend.... this workout blows

Pullups ( i did thrusters)

Lunges with 15lbs weight
Burpees
Kettle Bell Swings
