today was 4 rounds of 500 meter row although it was a short relatively simple WOD for me it was probably one ive learned the most from so far 1st round 2:02 2nd round 2:00 3rd round 1:56 4th round 1:57
newbie to crossfit, its good stuff!!! never really took keeping my body physically healthy even during high schools sports and martial arts... crossfit is for REAL!!!!!
